Smoke, Stretch & Release (March 13th)
Smoke, Stretch & Release is a 90-minute immersive, guided experience that blends fascia stretch therapy, massage, gentle yoga, assisted stretching, and meditation, all intentionally enhanced with cannabis to support deeper relaxation and body awareness.
Participants will be guided through a grounding body scan, slow and accessible yoga flow, and a deeply restorative meditation incorporating hands-on therapeutic touch through assisted stretching and massage. This experience is designed to help release physical tension, calm the nervous system, increase mobility, and create space for your body to fully exhale.
This class is co-led by myself and Crystal Walton, Licensed Massage Therapist. Crystal and I met through our work at the Golden Wellness House, where we discovered a shared passion for intentional wellness and body-centered healing. Together, we’ve curated this experience to offer both professional therapeutic care and a supportive, welcoming environment for you to soften, reset, and reconnect with your body.
Each class will focus on one body area. Our practice on 3/13 will focus on hips.
What You’ll Experience
During this 90-minute session, you can expect:
A guided body scan to help you settle into your body and ground your awareness
Fascia-focused, slow-flow yoga designed to support the release of deep, stored tension
Hands on massage & assisted stretching from a licensed massage therapist
A calming meditation to integrate the physical and energetic work
Intentional cannabis use to enhance relaxation, sensory awareness, and mind-body connection
A warm, supportive environment created for rest, release, and restoration
